The City Recorder is the Chief Financial Officer for the city, and is responsible for maintaining records of all public meeting minutes, agendas, ordinances, and resolutions of the city. The Recorder is the Certified Records Officer for the City, and responds to record requests under the GRAMA law of the State of Utah. Specific financial functions of the City including budgeting, payroll and payroll taxes as well as Business Licensing, HR and administering municipal elections are also the responsibility of the
City Recorder. 

Notary services are available during City Hall office hours.  Please call ahead to make sure the
City Recorder is available.
