LANNING AND ZONING

Planning and Zoning meeting is on the 4th Wed at 8 p.m. (April-Sept)
and at 7:00 p.m. (Oct.-March)
Call Secretary Stella Hill at (435) 528-3363 for appt.

Zoning permits must be issued for livestock, fences, accessory building, home, additions, etc.

An application must be filled out and all requirements for a specific zone must be met.  Once we have received your application please allow 3 to 4 working days for approval.

You can pick up applications at Gunnison City Hall, 38 W. Center.
